Pulque is a pre-Conquest fermented drink developed by the Aztecs that is steadily growing in popularity amongst foodies, hipsters, and the diverse native peoples of Mexico. Made from the fermented sap of the agave, it is Mexico's most traditional alcoholic beverage.
